FEATURES

Polyurethane (PU) Panel for architectural facades with concealed
fixing. Composed by two profiled metal sheets, interconnected
by an insulating core of rigid polyurethane (PU) foam.

Application
Panel for application in architectural facades of industrial,
commercial or housing buildings.

Metallic support
Laminated galvanized steel DX51D+Z (EN 10142:2000).
Laminated, lacquered and pretreated aluminum alloy (EN 485-2,
EN 1396), for application in extreme environments.

Coating
25 μm polyester paint on both sides.
PVDF, Granite HDX for special applications.

Insulating core
PUR - Polyurethane Rigid Foam CFC free
Reaction to Fire Class C, allows to obtain a panel C s3 d0
PIR - Polyisocyanurate Rigid Foam CFC free
Reaction to Fire Class B, allows to obtain a panel B s2 d0

Thermal Conductivity: λ=0.020 W/mK
Density: 40 kg/m3 ±10%
Adhesion (Tensile strength on plates) > 0.10 N/mm2
Resistance to compression for 10% deformation > 0.10 N/mm
