Composed by two profiled metal sheets, interconnected by an
insulating core of rigid polyurethane (PU) foam.

Panel for application in prefabricated construction and walls.

Metallic support
Laminated galvanized steel DX51D+Z (EN 10142:2000).
Laminated, lacquered and pretreated aluminum alloy (EN 485-2,
EN 1396), for application in extreme environments.

Coating
25 μm polyester paint on both sides.
PVDF, Granite HDX for special applications.

Insulating core
PUR - Polyurethane Rigid Foam CFC free
Reaction to Fire Class C, allows to obtain a panel C s3 d0
PIR - Polyisocyanurate Rigid Foam CFC free
Reaction to Fire Class B, allows to obtain a panel B s2 d0

Thermal conductivity: λ=0.020 W/mK
Density: 40 kg/m3 ±10%
Adhesion (tensile strength on plates) > 0.10 N/mm2
Resistance to compression for 10% deformation > 0.10 N/mm
